I draw from multiple psychotherapeutic approaches, including CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic, and Motivational Interviewing. I work collaboratively with you to establish the treatment approach that best serves your interests and needs.


I work with adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, low self-esteem, stress or life transitions, and grief. I specialize in working with women, couples, and families navigating the complexities of building a family, loss, and infertility struggles.
